My friend Tiffany and I are in a bible study/ workout group. I consider myself a nominally in shape person. But I will be the first to admit I have no rhythm. Tiffany is an excellent dancer but has been having some health issues lately.
So in our last group she was basically just doing some kind of walk and shoulder shrug move while I was getting my groove on with Shaun T. I think it was torture for Tiffany to watch me butcher every move in the routine. I mean I was really bad and she just had to watch it knowing that she could, hands down, out dance my abs any day. But at the end I was sweaty so that was good and Tiffany has some motivation to get back to normal.
Anyway, putting it out there that when Tiff gets healthy I will do this again. Tiff- here you go. Feel better soon.
As a side note, as ridiculous as I felt doing this it actually was a pretty decent workout. And it may or may not have made me a better dance. My abs look nothing like Shaun T’s though…
